Ingredients for Chicken Kyiv

For the chicken:

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 tea glass of flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1.5 cups of breadcrumbs
  • Salt and pepper
  • Liquid oil for frying

For the Parsley Butter:

  • 100 grams of butter
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped fresh parsley
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

How to Make Chicken Kyiv?

  • For the Chicken Kyiv recipe, put the butter in a bowl.
  • Add finely chopped parsley, crushed garlic, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
  • Mix the mixture well and pour it into a bowl.
  • Wrap the mixture with plastic wrap and leave it in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to harden.
